Christmas Time

Thanksgiving was great and all, but now it's officially Christmas time!!  I love having our Christmas decorations up in our new house.  (they've actually been up for a while)  We have an actual board for our village now thanks to my dad.  Last year it was just on the ground.  We also have a few more buildings, there are people now, trees and snow!  It looks good!  Jacob spent a lot of time putting up lights on our house.  It was probably best I wasn't home when he did it because I probably wouldn't have let him on some parts our steep roof and risk his life just for some Christmas lights....but he didn't fall and all is well.  I spent the evening stringing lights around a garland that is draped around our window curtains.  Our front archway into the family room also is draped with a lighted garland.  I love having just the Christmas lights on.  It feels very Christmasy!!

ah, it does look christmasy! I put some lights up outside on Saturday, but I can't do my tree and other random christmas stuff till after our ward party cuz I am using a lot of my stuff there.

the village looks super cute and makes me miss snow a teeny teeny tiny bit! :)

Cuute! I'm with you on the dangerous house lights...I still haven't had more than one strand of lights up because of that.

Very pretty! I'm glad there were no roof injuries!

I wish I could go up this year with Joyce to see it in person. It looks really Christmassy!
