Soccer Chicks

Who can't help but love what is going on in women's soccer around the U.S.?

This last week has seen a delicious explosion of fights (all out brawls - or as we like to call them "cat-fights") in women's soccer games. One local fight was a beautiful pony tail pull by a UNM Lobo player taking down a BYU player. Another fight resulted in not only a full team on team meow-rowr-fit-fit cat fight during a Rhode Island girl's high school soccer game, but the fighting spread to the bleachers! I'm proud to see our US fans getting into the spirit of the world's most popular sport... it's about time. Who knew all it took to get a bleacher riot going (for soccer) in the US was a cat fight.

What.....are you a guy? What is it about females fighting that guys get such a kick out of it? I did see a bit of the pony tail pull on the news. Ya think soccer guys will make sure their hair is short short from now on? I thought your comment was hilarious by the way. It's pathetic though that something like that has to happen to get recognition for soccer. Viva La Gato combate! (not sure if that's right but hey)
