It had been YEARS and YEARS since I attempted making fried zucchini so I gathered several recipes to find one I thought would be good.
The attempt proved worthwhile... but I don't think Millie was as impressed as I was with my efforts... something about them being "too greasy" I think. Maybe I'll give it another shot next summer.

d'oh. Just typed stuff and it all went away. I hate it when that happens. I think it looks great. I love fried zucchini. we just had some at bun huggers. we don't know anyone to share zucchini with us, maybe we should grow some ourselves.
